Investing into hotel rooms has become an increasingly popular and low risk property investment model over the last ten years.

More suited for those that want a fixed return, completely hands off investment, with the added bonus of some personal usage for holidays etc. In a nutshell, the buyer buys a room or suite from the owners of the hotel and effectively ‘leases’ it back to them for a fixed NET return each year.  There is also the added bonus of capital appreciation in many cases.
